Fragré de Riva is a fragrance retailer based in Feni, Bangladesh. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Orders
An order is confirmed once we verify it with you (usually over WhatsApp). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — in which case we will inform you and issue a full refund if payment was already made.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without prior notice. We accept Cash on Delivery and Online Payment (bKash / Nagad / Rocket, confirmed manually over WhatsApp).
4. Delivery
Delivery takes 1–2 business days inside city areas and 2–5 business days outside city areas, depending on your location and courier schedules. Delivery charges are ৳60 (inside city) and ৳120 (outside city), shown at checkout.
5. Product Authenticity
Every fragrance sold by Fragré de Riva is quality-checked before shipping. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to access data not intended for you, disrupting site functionality, or submitting false reviews or orders.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
